　　Hebei Province, Xinbaotai Iron and Steel was all shut down.
　　 Tangshan Xinbaotai Iron & Steel's 650mm×1m rolling mill ceased production on September 24, 2019, and the remaining 750mm×1m strip mill was shut down at 24:00 on March 5, 2021. As of March 5, 2021, Tangshan Xinbaotai Steel's 630m³ blast furnace and rolling line have all ceased production.

On March 7, 2021, the Hebei Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment released the latest news: Tangshan City issued the "Emergency Notice on the Closure of 450m3 Blast Furnace" in accordance with the requirements of the municipal government. Seven 450m3 blast furnaces of Iron and Steel, Rongxin Iron and Steel, and Tanggang Stainless Steel were shut down and eliminated. At present, all seven 450 cubic meters blast furnaces in Tangshan City have been shut down and eliminated.

The main production equipment includes 2 sintering machines of 180㎡, 2 sintering machines of 96㎡, 1 shaft furnace of 12㎡, one blast furnace of 500m³, 1080m³, 1350m³, two converters of 120 tons, and one hot-rolled strip production line of 750mm and 850mm. , 1250mm cold rolling and pickling galvanizing production line, sewage treatment station and other ancillary facilities, etc. The company has an ironmaking capacity of 2.59 million tons and a steelmaking capacity of 2.4 million tons. The company has 3,600 employees and total fixed assets of 5.5 billion yuan.

In accordance with the decision and deployment of the Tangshan Municipal Party Committee and Government on promoting the optimization and adjustment of the iron and steel industry layout, Hebei Tianzhu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. has been included in the relocation plan of Tangshan City. In August 2020, the relocation project of Tianzhu Iron and Steel Company has been developed in Tangshan Seaport. The district started construction. The company plans to complete the first phase of the relocation (2 blast furnaces, 2 sintering machines, and 1 shaft furnace) before the end of October 2021. After the completion of the new plant by the end of July 2022, the remaining equipment will be shut down simultaneously.

A 680m³ blast furnace used by Tangshan Bainite Steel (Group) Shunxing Steel Co., Ltd. for the joint reorganization of Hebei Zongheng Group Fengnan Steel Co., Ltd. and the capacity replacement of the urban steel plant relocation and transformation project, Guofeng Steel Co., Ltd. (Southern District) Two 1780m³ blast furnaces, five 450m³ blast furnaces, three 80-ton converters, and two 120-ton converters used for capacity replacement of the project; Tangshan Yutian Jianbang Industrial Co., Ltd. used for the second phase of Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel United Co., Ltd. The demolition of a 520m³ blast furnace and a 40-ton converter for the capacity replacement of the engineering construction project has been completed.
